 Carol Walker's longtime relationship with friend and mentor Bruce Evensen changed course in 2005 when she left her position as Film Commission Manager for Pinellas County to work as his apprentice and towards taking over Thomas Bruce Studio after his impending retirement. Carol is a 12-year member of the Florida Professional Photographers, Professional Photographers of America, and President-Elect of the Tampa Area Professional Photographers Association. Her professional degrees include the Florida Service Award and the Florida Education Degree. She is currently working towards her Master's Degree in Photography and her entries in state, regional, and national competitions have already won numerous awards. She and her husband Ken have a beautiful little girl named Lexi and a four-legged child named Smudge.
